SmarterLends is a funding discovery platform. We are not a lender, broker, or loan servicer. We help business owners find and compare funding options and route inquiries to our lending partners.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and authorized to act on behalf of the business for which you are seeking funding.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms, calculators, or eligibility checks. Submitting false information may result in denial of your application by the lender.
Lending partners
SmarterLends routes eligibility inquiries to one or more lending partners. All loan products, approvals, rates, terms, fees, and decisions are made by the lender. Your relationship with any lender is governed by that lender's own terms and disclosures.
Calculators and tools
Our calculators produce illustrative estimates only. They are not offers of credit and may differ from actual costs. Verify all numbers with your lender before entering any loan agreement.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, calculators, and trademarks on SmarterLends are owned by SmarterLends or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
